FAQs
It is recommended to never deep fry using the lid on, as it can be dangerous.
We advise not to store oil due to condensation when the oil is cooled. It could potentially cause the oil to splatter everywhere when turned on again.
Ensure the dial on the control probe is set to the correct temperature and try frying smaller quantities of food at once to help maintain the cooking temperature. If the basket is overloaded this can result in lower oil temperature and longer cooking times.
Try cook food in smaller batches especially with frozen food, adding too much at a time will decrease the oil temperature and increase cooking times. Ensure the dial is set to the correct temperature. Large pieces of food should not be deep fried as they take too long and absorb too much oil.
