Chorizo Sausage Rolls

Perfect for entertaining, these sausage rolls will be a crowd favourite.

4 chorizo sausages
1 sheet pre-made puff pastry, defrosted
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon poppy seeds  


  1. Cut each sausage into equal thirds vertically and cut long strips of pastry the same length of the sausage pieces. 
  2. Roll each sausage piece in the puff pastry strips, using the egg wash to seal. Make two small incisions on top of each of sausage roll in the pastry. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  3. Place sausage rolls onto the Halo Air Fryer grill rack, which has been sprayed with oil to avoid sticking. Cook for 12-15 minutes on the grill setting on LEVEL. Serve with tomato sauce.
