2 ripe avocados, stone and skin removed

1 garlic clove, peeled

1 jalapeño chilli

1 small red onion, peeled,quartered

1 tomato, quartered

Half bunch coriander

Juice of one lemon

Dash tabasco sauce

Salt & pepper


1. Chuck all the ingredients into the bowl of your Sunbeam Stick Mixer. Pulse until a smooth paste. If you love chilli throw some more in.

2. Season with salt and pepper. Start dipping
