3 vine ripened tomatoes, halved

1 white onion, halved

1 long red chilli

½ bunch coriander

Juice of one lime

Dash tabasco sauce

Salt & pepper


1. Chuck all the ingredients into the chopped bowl of your Sunbeam Stick Mixer. Pulse until roughly chopped.

2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add more chilli if you love the heat.
