4 slices sourdough bread, buttered
4 thick slices mozzarella, or any other runny cheese
100g shaved ham
100g sliced salami
Salt & pepper
1. Turn on your Sunbeam Sandwich Press.
2. Layer two pieces of bread with cheese, ham, salami and tomato relish. Top with second piece of bread.
3. Put into your sandwich press. Leave for about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and the bread is golden brown. Eat while hot.
*TIP You can also use chorizo, left over sausageand any half jars of chutney you have floating around in the fridge.
