15 mint leaves
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup lime juice 100mls white rum
2 cups ice
Fresh mint and lime, to serve
1. In a small pan combine mint, sugar and water. Bring to a simmer and stir until all sugar has dissolved.
2. Chuck all the ingredients into your blender. Blend for around 30 seconds or until it looks like a slushy.
3. Pour into glass. Top with lime and mint.
