  • 100g fresh ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 slices fruit bread, toasted
  • 250g strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced
  • Icing sugar, optional


  1. In a small bowl combine ricotta and honey. Stir.
  2. Spread evenly over the toasted bread. Top with berries and a sprinkling of icing sugar.
