- Yes, the DuraCeramic™ coating has superior food release ensuring fast and easy clean up. It is important to season your skillet properly before first use. Please note that the skillet can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher. The control probe will need to be removed prior to washing the skillet. Please allow the skillet to completely dry out with the probe socket facing down to allow all the water to drain out.
- A little extra preparation before first use will get the most out of your skillet. Wipe the ceramic surface with oil then leave on LOW heat for 20 minutes to season before first use.
