FAQs
The shorter coarser blade set is ideal for meats, standard breads and small foods. The longer finer blade set is ideal for cakes, artisan breads and more delicate foods.
Serrated stainless steel blades are durable and sharp for efficient slicing and carving.
The serrated blades do not required sharpening.
Turn the power off at the power outlet and remove the plug. Slide back the Blade Release Buttons, hold the blades by the safety guards with the cutting edge facing downward and pull the blades out of the slots. Once removed, the 2 individual blades can be separated by sliding the blades in opposite directions so the rivet at the tip of one blade is aligned with the release hole on the other blade.
