For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 4 slices of fruit bread
  • 1 medium overripe banana
  • 2 tsp seedless raspberry jam
  • Grated zest of ½ orange
  • Softened butter for spreading

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Butter 1 side of each of the fruit bread slices.

Step 3:

Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the jam onto the plain side of 2 slices of the bread.

Step 4:

Share the thinly sliced banana between the 2 slices, finishing with a pinch of the zest. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, with the buttered side on the outside.

Step 5:

Cook each sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden and piping hot.

Step 6:

Delicious served dredged with icing sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
