For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 2 slices rustic bread
  • Softened butter
  • 2 thick slices of mature Cheddar
  • 2-3 slices of cooked turkey
  • 1-2 tbsp left over stuffing
  • Cranberry sauce, optional

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Butter both slices of bread using the softened butter on 1 side only. These will be the outside of your sandwiches.

Step 3:

Assemble your sandwiches – place the cheese onto the bread and top with the sliced turkey and stuffing. Add a little cranberry sauce if using.

Step 4:

Add the remaining slice of bread, buttered side to the outer.

Step 5:

Toast for approx 4-5 minutes until golden.
