For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 2 slices of medium sliced white bread
  • Softened butter
  • 40g Emmental cheese, sliced
  • 2 slices of cooked crispy smoked streaky bacon
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Butter both slices of the bread on 1 side only.

Step 3:

Turn this over so that the butter is on the outside of the bread.

Step 4:

Assemble your sandwich, adding the cheese, crispy bacon slices, topped with the avocado and a touch of ground black pepper. 

Step 5:

Add the remaining bread slice, buttered side to the outside and cook until crisp for approximately 4-5 minutes.
