For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 1 salmon fillet, skinless and boneless 100g-150
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki marinade
  • Oil for brushing

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Place the salmon into a small bowl or plate and pour over the marinade. Set aside.

Step 2:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 3:

Brush the plates with a little oil.

Step 4:

Add the marinated salmon, do not close the lid, but allow the fish to sear on one side for approx. 5-6 minutes.

Step 5:

After this time, close the lid and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Step 6:

Delicious served with a sachet of flavoured cooked rice and touch of soy sauce.
