Overnight slow-cooked oats with almonds, chia seeds, blueberries and pomegranate, a healthy, nutritious breakfast ready to enjoy in the morning.

You will need:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup dried wild blueberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • Additional fruit, nuts or seeds for toppings

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Add oats, almond milk, water and chia seeds into the bottom of your Slow Cooker.

Step 2:

Cover and turn to KEEP WARM setting and let slow cook overnight, for about 8 hours.

Step 3:

In the morning, remove lid and mix oats together.

Step 4:

If oats are too dry, add more almond milk or water.

Step 5:

Serve into bowls and top with almonds, dried blueberries, pomegranate and any other toppings desired.
