For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam.

You will need:

  • 8 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
  • 100g butter, softened, plus a little for greasing
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup self-raising flour

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Grease 4 x ¾ cup ramekins or 4 x 8cm x 5cm pudding moulds. Place 2 tbsp of the jam into the base of each one.

Step 2:

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the flour. Divide the cake batter equally between the ramekins, over the jam

Step 3:

Place the ramekins into the Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer and select the STEAM FRY function, 160°C and set timer for 20 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Cook's Tip:

Serve with warm custard or thick cream.
