For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven.

Ingredients:

  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 125g of salted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of caster sugar
  • ¾ cups of self-raising flour
  • ½ cup of cocoa

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Melt together your dark chocolate and butter in a bowl 2 minutes in the microwave .

Step 2:

Whisk in those eggs and blend with both sugars for that perfect sweet note. Introduce flour and cocoa to the mix until you've got a lush, rich batter.

Step 3:

Pour the mixture into a lined 20cm x 20cm square baking tray.

Step 4:

Slide it into Sunbeam's Multi Zone Air Fryer. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.

Step 5:

Cool right down before you slice, the inside of these brownies are fudgey and delicious.
