For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven.

Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen salmon pieces
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Shake of garlic and onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 500g beans
  • Pre- cooked rice sachet
  • Olive oil

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Mix together the Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, onion and garlic powder with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 2:

Brush the mixture all over your frozen salmon, except the skin.

Step 3:

In one cooking zone, pop your beans in your air fryer basket, add a tbsp of olive oil, and a good pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 4:

In the other cooking zone, place your Salmon onto the roasting trays. Place the salmon skin side down onto the roasting tray.

Step 5:

Cook both your beans and Salmon at 200°C for 15 mins. Flip and shake halfway through.

Step 6:

Serve with steamed rice for a delicious, dilemma free dinner.
