For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven.

Ingredients:

For the bruschetta

  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

For the baked brie

  • 200g wheel of Brie
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp crunchy chilli

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Cut a criss-cross pattern on top of your Brie, about 1 cm deep.

Step 2:

Pop the Brie on a single tray, in one side of your Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven. Ensure that the removable centre wall is placed, creating two cooking zones.

Step 3:

Within the other cooking zone of the air fryer, toss cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper straight into the air fryer basket.

Step 4:

Use the dual cooking functions to bake the brie at 160°C for 10 minutes until it’s soft and melty. For the bruschetta, cook at 200°C for 10 minutes until the tomatoes are bursting with flavour and slightly caramelised.

Step 5:

Whilst cooking, mix crunchy chilli and honey.

Step 6:

Drizzle hot honey over brie, and serve up bruschetta with slices of warm sourdough bread and fresh basil leaves then watch it disappear.
