For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam.
You will need:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 large capsicum, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp red curry paste
- A handful of coriander leaves
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Start by slicing up your chicken, capsicum, and onions.
Step 2:
Take out the grill plate from your SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam and add in your tomatoes, coconut milk and curry paste.
Step 3:
Mix the ingredients together.
Step 4:
Place the chicken, onions and capsicum into the air fryer and stir.
Step 5:
Set your air fryer to SteamFry mode at 180°C and cook for 25 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.
Step 6:
Finally, stir in a handful of fresh coriander leaves before serving. Pair it with rice or naan for the ultimate easy dinner!

And when you’re done? Clean using the steam clean function to effortlessly lift food and oil from the inside of the air fryer, then simply wipe away!
