Quick steamed prawns with fresh chimichurri sauce, a healthy seafood recipe made in minutes, packed with parsley, garlic and tangy flavour.

You will need:

  • 650g peeled, deveined, tail-on Prawns
  • 1 Cup finely chopped fresh Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground Pepper
  • Pinch of hot pepper flakes
  • 1½ cup water

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Add 1 ½ cups water to Cooking Pot. Place Steaming rack inside. Add prawns. Secure Lid. Press STEAM, set pressure to HIGH, and adjust time to 2 mins. Make sure the Steam Release Vale is in the “seal” (closed) position. Press START/STOP. Once cooking is complete and the pressure is released, allow to cool.

Step 2:

In a food processor (or similar) combine parsley, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes; pulse until finely chopped and almost smooth. Serve with prawns.
