Ingredients:
- 120g Chicken Breast (weighed raw)
- 10g Breadcrumbs
- 10g Sriracha
- 2g Minced Garlic
- 1 Burger Thin
- 20g Lettuce
- 20g Tomato
- 20g Avocado
- 15g Sriracha Mayonnaise
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Set the Sunbeam 4-in-1 Air Fryer + Oven to Air Fryer setting and heat to 180°C.
Step 2:
Place breadcrumbs and garlic in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Coat the chicken in the sriracha. Then coat the chicken in the crumb. Place on the mesh tray and cook on the middle shelf of the Sunbeam Air Fryer for 10-12 minutes or until cooked and golden.
Step 4:
Layer sliced salad vegetables, sriracha mayonnaise and chicken between a burger thin.
