For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 1 medium egg
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped vegetables of your choice (capsicums, spring onions, fresh herbs, cooked potato, chives, peas)
  • A pinch of fresh tarragon or herbs of your choice
  • Melted butter or oil.

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Beat together the egg, seasoning and cooked vegetables.

Step 3:

Carefully pour this onto the bottom plate.

Step 4:

Close the lid and cook for approx 2 minutes.
