Ingredients:
- 1 scoop coffee grounds (if using Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine add coffee grounds to the ICE side of the scoop )
- Water, for the coffee
- Ice
- 1 scoop powdered peanut butter*
- 2 Tbsp Squeezy Caramel
- 2 scoops milk
- Whipped cream, to serve
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
- Finely chopped, or crushed peanuts to serve (optional)
‘Scoop’ refers to the coffee scoop that comes in the box.
*Powdered peanut butter is labelled as “PB2” in supermarkets and can be found in the health aisle of most leading supermarkets.
Let's make it:
Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine
Step 1:
Add water and coffee grounds to the Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine and switch on.
Step 2:
While the water is heating drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of the tumbler. Combine the powdered peanut butter, caramel and milk in the iced coffee tumbler. Stir well to combine. Fill the tumbler with ice to the indicated line and place under the Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine.
Step 3:
Brew hot coffee over ice. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and peanuts.
Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine
Step 1:
Add water and coffee grounds to the Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine and switch on.
Step 2:
Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of the tumbler. Combine the powdered peanut butter, caramel and milk in the iced coffee tumbler. Stir well to combine. Fill the tumbler with ice to the indicated line and place tumbler under spout.
Step 3:
Select OVER ICE to brew coffee. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and peanuts.
Cook's Tip:
Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce to your tumbler before mixing the caramel, powdered peanut butter and milk, if you like!
