Cook tender, juicy corned beef in Sunbeam's Pressure Multicooker. Perfect for sandwiches or served with vegetables, ready in 90 minutes.

You will need:

  • 1.5kg to 2kg corned beef
  • 1 brown onion, peeled and halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 cloves
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • ½ cup tomato sauce

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Place the corned beef into the Sunbeam Pressure Multicooker.

Step 2:

Add all the remaining ingredients and stir to combine slightly in the cooking pot.

Step 3:

Secure the lid and ensure the steam release valve is set to close. Select MEAT and adjust the TIME to one hour and thirty minutes (1:30), select START/STOP.

Step 4:

Once the cooking is complete, allow the natural pressure release to occur. Remove the Silverside and wrap in foil, allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
