You will need:
- 120g Lean Pork Mince (weighed raw)
- 25g Frozen Spring Roll Pastry
- 3g Minced Garlic
- 5g Lemongrass Paste
- 5g Ginger Paste
- 20ml Soy Sauce
- 15g Carrot
- 15g Vietnamese Style Dipping Sauce
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince, garlic, lemongrass, ginger and finely grated carrot. Cook until the mince is just cooked through. Add the soy sauce and mix to combine.
Step 2:
Set the Sunbeam 4-in-1 Air Fryer + Oven to Air Fryer setting and heat to 200°C.
Step 3:
Cut the spring roll sheet in half. Divide the mince into two and place it in the centre of each sheet. Roll the pastry over the mince mixture and wet the edge of the pastry to secure it.
Step 4:
Line mesh tray of the Sunbeam Air Fryer with foil and place spring rolls on it. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
