For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 1 portion of fresh ready rolled Pizza dough or homemade pizza dough.
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese or a cheese of your choice
  • 3 tsp of pizza base sauce
  • 4 olives, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp finely chopped mixed capsicums
  • 4 basil leaves, torn
  • Optional – diced ham, chopped pepperoni slices

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Prepare your dough by rolling to the correct size. You will need 4 squares, each able to fit onto the bottom plate, do this before you plug in your appliance.

Step 2:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 3:

Once the correct temperature has been reached, place 1 of the dough squares onto the bottom plate, you will not need to grease this.

Step 4:

Add the toppings starting with the pizza base sauce, be careful not to overfill.

Step 5:

Brush around the edges with some water.

Step 6:

Cover with a dough square, close the lid and cook for 6 – 7 minutes, until piping hot and golden.

Step 7:

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
