You will need:
- 5 potatoes, halved
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper
- 1 rosemary stalk, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Let's Make It:
Step 1:
Place each potato half cut-side down, then make thin, evenly spaced cuts with a knife ⅔ way down the potato, without slicing all the way through. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place into the Sunbeam air fryer and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
Step 2:
Place the rosemary and garlic into a medium bowl with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Once baked, place the hasselback potatoes into the rosemary garlic oil and toss lightly to combine. Return the potatoes back to the air fryer and bake for a further 5 minutes at 180°C. Transfer the rosemary and garlic hasselback potatoes to a large serving plate and serve.
