You will need:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp dried yeast
  • 1 tsp groundgarlic powder
  • 2 cups bakerwhite flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg white, whisked light
  • l Pinch of seasalt
  • 8 papercupcake cases

Let's make it:

Step 1:

In a jug whisk water, yeast and garlic, and set aside for 15 mins.

Step 2:

In a bowl combine flour and salt. And yeasty water, mix untilcombined and turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead untilsmooth. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a tea towelor plastic wrap, and stand in a warm place for 45 mins untildough has doubled in size.

Step 3:

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface andmeasure out 70g size balls.Optional: with a knife slice an ‘X’ on the top of the dough ball.

Step 4:

Place balls in each paper cupcake cases andplace one in each pie dish.

Step 5:

Brush bread rolls with the beaten egg andlightly sprinkle with sea salt.

Step 6:

Close lid, turn on and cook for 16 mins.Repeat for the remaining balls.

Step 7:

Remove bread rolls from paper cases and servewarm with butter - or perfect just on their own!
