For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.
You will need:
- 2 slices Sourdough bread
- Softened butter
- 2 thick slices feta cheese
- Pinch chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Preheat your Mini Snack.
Step 2:
Butter both bread slices on 1 side only, these will be the outside of your sandwich.
Step 3:
Place the feta onto one the unbuttered bread slices and drizzle over the honey.
Step 4:
Add the chilli flakes.
Step 5:
Add the remaining bread slice, buttered side to the outside of the bread.
Step 6:
Cook for approx 4-5 minutes until golden.
