Cheesy beef pasta cooked in a pressure multicooker with bold, familiar flavours, finished with quick pickled red onions for a fun, easy family dinner.
You will need:
- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
- 120g baby spinach
- 8 eggs
- ¼ cup cream
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
- 4 cup pizza blend grated cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup mozzarella
- Serve with a mixed leaf salad
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Press BROWN, press START/STOP, pre- heat. Spray the whole Pressure Multicooker with oil. Sauté garlic and chilli for 1 minute, add spinach and wilt down. Press START/STOP.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add cream, season with salt and pepper, add pizza blend cheese. Pour into Crockpot and stir through spinach mixture. Place chicken and mozzarella on top.
Step 3:
Cover with lid, select SLOW COOK, adjust time to 30 minutes and press START/STOP.
Step 4:
Carefully remove cooking pot with a tea towel and allow to sit and cool for 5 minutes.
Step 5:
With a tea towel, place a board or plate over the top of the cooking pot, and flip the cooking pot upside down, allowing the omelette to slide onto the board/plate. Carefully remove the cooking pot and allow the frittata to cool before slicing.
Step 6:
Serve with a mixed leaf salad.
