You will need:

  • 250g butter
  • ¾ cups caster sugar
  • 200g can condensed milk
  • 2½ cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat fan oven to 160°C. Line baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Step 2:

Place butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix using the beaters on a medium speed until light and fluffy.

Step 3:

Change to the dough hook attachments and add the condensed milk, flour and chocolate chips to the butter mix and on low speed, slowly combine all ingredients.

Step 4:

Roll cookie dough into 3cm size balls and place onto a lined baking tray. Push the top of the balls with a spatula or your palm to flatten them out slightly.

Step 5:

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
