Ingredients:

  • 120g Chicken Mince (weighed raw)
  • 5g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 25ml Skim Milk
  • 75g Light Puff Pastry
  • 15g 50% Less Sugar Dried Cranberries
  • 40g Mushroom
  • 10g Red Onion
  • 3g Fresh Sage
  • 10g Unsalted Pistachios
  • 15g Cranberry Sauce

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Weigh out the puff pastry and let it defrost.

Step 2:

Soak bread crumbs in the milk for 5 minutes. Finely chop vegetables and sage. Add to the breadcrumbs with the mince and cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3:

Place the mixture in the centre of each piece of pastry. Fold 1 edge of pastry over and tuck in beside the filling, then fold over the other side to make a roll, pressing down lightly to seal.

Step 4:

Set the Sunbeam 4-in-1 Air Fryer + Oven to Air Fryer setting and heat to 180°C.

Step 5:

Place the sausage rolls in the Sunbeam Air Fryer mesh tray place on the 2nd rack. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with cranberry sauce.

NOTE

Slice into bite size pieces before baking for the perfect starter.
