For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.
You will need:
- 1 soft protein pitta
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp chipotle paste
- Handful of shredded chicken
- 4 slices of thinly cut chorizo
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 roasted red pepper, taken from a jar, thinly sliced
- Spinach leaves optional
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Preheat your Mini Snack.
Step 2:
Split your pitta in half lengthways and brush all over with a little olive oil.
Step 3:
Spread the chipotle paste inside and fill with the remaining ingredients.
Step 4:
Cut in half so that this fits into your Mini Snack.
Step 5:
Toast each sandwich for 4-5 minutes until golden.
