For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 1 soft protein pitta
  • Olive oil 
  • 1 tsp chipotle paste
  • Handful of shredded chicken
  • 4 slices of thinly cut chorizo
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese 
  • 1 roasted red pepper, taken from a jar, thinly sliced
  • Spinach leaves optional

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Split your pitta in half lengthways and brush all over with a little olive oil.

Step 3:

Spread the chipotle paste inside and fill with the remaining ingredients.

Step 4:

Cut in half so that this fits into your Mini Snack.

Step 5:

Toast each sandwich for 4-5 minutes until golden.
