Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok Product but Poor Attitude of Service Staff Within first couple of months we noticed it throws coffee everywhere with constant mess to clean up. Sunbeam Service woman - " surprise, surprise, thats never happened before. Send me video of the problem." Now have had product for just over 12 months and the internal light has stopped working. rang service and waited on line for 40 mins while ads played. then was told no spare light available and was not economic to fix it. as just out of warranty they will do nothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This grinder is surprisingly good I have owned the EMO700 for a little over 12 months. My coffee machine is very sensitive to poorly ground coffee beans as I found out when I used pre-ground coffee from the local supermarket, which is why the best feature of this machine is that you can totally adjust the grind to your machine. And I don't mean you can get it near enough for great coffee most of the time; you can get it exactly right for great coffee all of the time. The EMO700 is a great grinder that had delivered great expresso for me four times (min) per day everyday for the last 12 months. This machine costs $299 AUD and is unbelievable value - it would be great value at $500. Yes Italian and Swiss grinders grind coffee beans better and yes their build quality is better so they will last longer, but good Italian and Swiss grinders have four digit price tags and the EMO700 has only a three digit price tag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use I was forced into buying this grinder. By mistake I ordered 2kg of whole roasted beans online whereas previously I had ordered ground beans. I am so happy I made the mistake as the coffee has never tasted so good in my sunbeam cafe series em7100 espresso machine. It's so easy to use and best of all, absolutely no mess. So happy with my purchase.
