Souvlaki Lamb Cutlets

Wonderful for the barbecue and great for kids!

Preparation Time: 5 min + marinating

Cooking Time: 5-7 min

Serves: Makes 12 cutlets

Ingredients: 

12 lamb cutlets
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil

Method: 

1.Trim any excess fat from cutlets.
2.Combine garlic, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil, mix until combined.
3.Place lamb in marinade and allow marinating for a minimum one hour or overnight.
4.Preheat barbecue or grill plate until hot.
5.Cook lamb cutlets until browned on all sides and cooked as desired.
